Dental Implants

Are you missing one or more teeth?

Or do you have difficulty eating certain foods or speaking clearly due to tooth loss? Do you suffer from the discomfort of ill-fitting dentures? If so, dental implants might be the solution for you. Tooth replacement through dental implants is one of the best and most natural-looking options for people wanting to improve their appearance and fill the gaps left by missing teeth.

The main advantage of choosing dental implants is that they are fixed and feel no different to your natural teeth. This means you can smile confidently and eat comfortably.

The most significant benefit of dental implants is that they feel comfortable, natural and secure – you can eat anything you want. Implants also prevent the jaws from shrinking, which helps you maintain a younger-looking face. We offer a full range of implant treatments, from replacing a single missing tooth to more complex therapies involving bone grafting, sinus lifts and replacing an entire arch of missing teeth.

Implant Treatment Process:

At this appointment our implant dentist will listen your concerns, examine your clinical situation and discuss possible treatment options with you. He will also go through the whole treatment process and answer any questions you may have about the procedure.

If you wish to consider treatment, he will suggest booking in for or taking a CBCT scan so he can plan your treatment.

Based on your consultation and CBCT scan, you will get a written treatment plan along with breakdown of treatments costs, the benefits and risks. This will help you make an informed decision.
At this appointment, our implant surgeon will place the implant in the planned position. This will be done under local anesthesia, similar to any other dental procedure so you will feel no pain.
Once the implant has healed under your gums in about 8-12 weeks, our dentist will take a digital scan of the implant and get a custom made crown to match your adjacent teeth as well as feel comfortable in your bite.
After treatment completion, your dentist will review your implant and also how you are getting on with your new teeth. You will also be shown how to clean around the implants. Once treatment is complete, you will not feel any difference between your teeth and implants and will be able to eat and smile confidently.
Like teeth, implants need regular care. For long term care and maintenace, we recommend signing up to our dental implant care plan. Apart from regular care and reviews, you will also be covered in case of any emergencies advice or treatment needed for the implant. This will not only give you peace of mind about your implant health but also help prolong the lifespan of your new teeth.
